It is the duty of all employees to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to the activity. They must be scheduled and assigned through clear and specific responsibilities and powers to the specialists at all levels. The role of effective and efficient internal communications is also essential.
In its activity, the enterprise should be guided by the rule that effective decisions for improvement the main and auxiliary activities are made based on the analysis of sufficient volume, completeness and objectivity of data and information.

Examples of corrective actions resulting from an analysis may include:

- deepening of the current and subsequent control functions by the leading officials, control bodies, etc.

- the necessary administrative and management actions to control the implementation of the adopted measures.
