AIM
The aim of the module is to equip trainers and managers with the skills and knowledge needed to identify the appropriate platforms, tools, machines and methods to increase human performance, health and well-being in the workplace.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Knowledge:
K1. Awareness of the effects of an ergonomic intervention, concerning, where appropriate, morphology, technology, physical parameters and aiming to improve the efficiency and reliability of the overall human-machine system
K2. Emphasize on rules and regulations of physical ergonomics, cognitive ergonomics and organizational ergonomics
Skills:
S1. Develop digital skills being able to use tools for better performance in workplace
S2. Improve efficiency and productivity skills, becoming more successful in work tasks
S3. Apply organisational skills for better time management
