Instructions:

Step 1: Look and walk around you office area.

Step 2: Identify 2-3 or more risky conditions (areas/elements/equipment) that you would like to change/fix in order to avoid an incident or a near miss in your working environment.

Step 3: Take a photo of  each risky condition.

Step 4: Select the photos that you would like to share and upload them into the shared office space (consult your System Administrator if needed).
