The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (OSHA) has developed OSHwiki based on the wiki concept of an online encyclopaedia that will provide knowledge, information and best practices in regards to OSH.

In order to perform Safety Event Reporting, it is vital to recognise the different types of accidents/incidents. OSHwiki provides the definition of an accident at work, based on two resources, ISO 450001 and HSE (Health and Safety Executive):
